Aerotech Helps Solve Bugatti Mystery

In May 2011 a client of ours brought to us a 1926 Bugatti 35 looking for assistance in identifying its origin. The customer had spent a lot of time and expense lovingly restoring the Bugatti to its former glories but important questions remained. Exactly which Bugatti 35 was this and where did it come from? Over the years the identification plate had been damaged and worn, using x-radiography it was possible to gain more information. The true history of this car will hopefully increase the value even further leaving a very happy and proud owner.

Aerotech Plus Celebrates Class of 2009

Aerotech Plus has recently completed it first training courses. One of these, a two week course in radiography, aided a group of Aerotech trainees to pass their NAS410 (levels 1 and 2) exams which were also conducted at Aerotech Inspection’s Cradley Heath Branch.  The training course was also attended by technicians from a local company looking to take their first steps on the NDT career ladder within the space industry.

Graham Chapman of Aerotech Plus has also been working with several companies across the UK offering level three services. Not only does this allow Graham to act as their level 3 technician, the wealth of experience and knowledge he has gained over 35 years in the NDT industry is proving invaluable.
